2022 summer cocktails
INGREDIENTS
2 oz tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz rosemary syrup
1 oz pamplemousse la Croix
grapefruit wedge & rosemary sprig to garnish
salt rim
ROCKS GLASS
Salt rim of glass. Add tequila, lime, and syrup to glass. Stir to combine. Fill with ice and top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and sprig of rosemary.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz cucumber juice
1/2 oz St Germain
cucumber to garnish
COUPE GLASS
Shake ingredients until well chilled. Strain into coupe. Garnish with cucumber spear.

1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz hard cider
lemon wedge to garnish

Add vodka, lemon, and syrup to glass. Stir to combine. Fill with ice and top with cider. Garnish with lemon wedge.

3 basil leaves
3 blackberries

Shake ingredients until berries are macerated. Single strain onto fresh ice. Garnish with fresh basil and berries.

1/2 oz yuzu juice
1 oz coconut water
garnish with lemon peel

Shake ingredients until well chilled. Single strain onto fresh ice. Garnish with lemon rind.
